Public zones have been set up during the Kleeberg Cross. There, and only there the public is allowed to stand. If you want to travel outside these zones as a photographer/journalist, you are obliged to register with the organization in advance. You wil receive a vest through the organization witch you are visible to the supervisors and it is clear that you have permission to be outside the public zones.
